Y6 - Keeping Things Current
Year 6 have started their new afternoon topic for science all about electricity. It's a very exciting, practical unit in which pupils design circuits made of multiple components such as switches, buzzers, lightbulbs, motors and batteries. They learn how to draw the universally recognised symbols for these components, and then predict whether or not the circuit will work. Then, they work together to put it to the test with real parts! They repeat this sequence a few times over the lessons, each step going more in depth and complex.
Well done, Year 6!
