Fitness Friday

Fitness on a Friday? Madness! You heard that right. Fitness Thursday has made the leap to Friday and is now the perfect energetic way to round off the week.

This week also marked the welcome return of Skip2BFit. Children and even the neighbours were treated to some banging tunes as skipping ropes flew and hearts raced. The atmosphere was buzzing and it was fantastic to see so many children taking part, from the youngest to the oldest.

Our Bronze Ambassadors were out in full force, doing a brilliant job of keeping skipping ropes untangled, making sure the boom box was booming and getting the large skipping rope ready for action. Their enthusiasm and teamwork helped make the session run smoothly and added to the fun, lively feel of the afternoon.
