Y6: St Ives Day 3

Surf's up! Today was the big beach day, something that our pupils have been greatly looking forward to. After another good night's sleep (we can't believe how well the night times are going!) the kids served themselves breakfast and got packed and ready for a day at the beach. St Ives Surf school is excellent - the instructors are friendly, experienced and great with the kids. While they were instructing half of the class at a time, the rest of the pupils were body-boarding and playing beach games. We spent the entire day on the beach, eating our packed lunch while fending off those thug-like St Ives Seagulls... they make Weymouth seagulls seem like Christmas robins! 

On the way back to the hostel, we got an ice cream from the harbour - delicious! Then it was pizza night - also delicious! The pupils are currently watching the England V Croatia game, or snoozing (we hope).

Oh! 4-0. Fantastic news.   

We can't wait to get the bus to Paradise Park tomorrow!
